No-Onion-No-Garlic Food Ideas

Here are some interesting recipes and ideas that you can try in your kitchen. 

I say ideas, because I believe that food is a very personal thing... from oil to spice levels, everything should be customized to ensure that you and your family like it. I keep learning something new about food every day, through conversations with people. This means instructions like - drown it in water, cook till it floats, sauté till the aroma makes you hungry! I would try these ideas, with my own little twists to make sure it suits our palate. 

Honestly, I always find such casual instructions much more doable than the recipes that give exact measurements, because my hands, eyes and nose are more handy than the kitchen tools buried somewhere deep in my draws. And so, that is how I plan to keep my recipes and kitchen tips - conversational
